Trying to liquidate shares of an estate

As co-executor of an estate, my instructions were to liquidate all securities. My first interaction with Absa stockbrokers was with Nicky Bessa (who is now apparently on maternity leave). I e-mailed and duly posted the required documents as requested on 29 August 2013. Every other company received the documents except Absa. Nothing happened! my second attempt was posted on 25 February 2013 and to date nothing has happened. However, when I asked for the matter to be referred to a higher authority this is the response I got:

Please email us your signed letter of instructions and the copy of the liquidation and distribution account today.

Please note do not be cheacky, if we do not get what we requested I am afraid we unable to speed up the process.
