Charged and blocked the service and I need to pay!

On the first of June, when I when I checked my balance with use of the *120*2272# service I could not understand that my balance was lower than it should have been! Then I did a mini statement which showed me that an amount of R74.50 has been deducted off my account. This was for internet banking, which I only found out yesterday has gone up! A service I could not use since the 1st of May as it said blocked all the time. Well this happened because I had no funds, so it was blocked and I did not know it even though they still charged me and then again for June they charged me again. I would like both these months money paid back into my account! I cancelled my internet banking with them yesterday in the branch! I am not willing to go into the branch again they can refund my money and this will be the last time they see me! How do you charge people more money without telling them that the prices have gone up! Now really come on! Please just refund my money! ABSA's service has gotten worse since I started banking with them! And your costs are ridiculously high! You want to charge us more for you bad service! REFUND MY MONEY BLABSA!!!
