Rates increase almost Double on Last yea

I received an sms today saying that my annual rates increase is effective 1 July 2013. So I will go from paying R79.00 per month to R135.00 per month for no additional benefits. So I need to pay almost double the money for no benefit to me!!! Call me to tell me how you justify this. If you do not call me back - you prove to be just like all the other money hungry banks with no regard to the customers and using this money for your useless advertisements getting more people in to your benefit - not the customer and possibly taking more that you are actually worth monthly and annually, this is fact actually
