GOOD DAY
WE HAVE OPENED A BUSINESS ACCOUNT AT STANDARD BANK, ITS ABOUT 4 MONTHS NOW. FROM THE TIME WE OPENED WE HAD NO JOY. FIRSTLY MY INTERNET LOGGIN WAS SET UP & THERE WAS NO LIMIT SET, THREE MONTHS LATER AFTER MUCH FUSSING ITS FINALLY SET BUT TO A LIMIT OF R12000 A DAY WHICH IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME, I CANT EVERY DAY GO AND DO TRANFERS FOR R12000 APPARENTLY ITS A NEW ACCOUNT AND THE LIMIT HAS TO BE LOW, WHICH IS TO ME COS NEDBANK DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT. THEN WHAT AGGRIVATES ME IS YOUR CALL CENTRES, WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THAT I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND. YOU PHONE THEM & THEY TRY TO PUT YOU THROUGH THE BANCH AND EVEN THEY CANT GRT THROUGH. TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ACCOUNT NUMBER. I ASKED THEM TO GIVE ME A PAPER WITH THEIR LETTER HEAD & MY ACC NO ON IT. THE ACCOUNT NO WAS WRONG. NOW THATS A JOKE!!! I AM CHANGING MY ACCOUNT.
