I met with an accident recently and contacted Outsurance as they are my insurer. When I purchased my vehicle it came fitted with a bullbar. However they have refused to pay for the repairs of the bullbar as they state I did not specify it as an extra. The assistant then asked me to obtian confirmation from the dealership that the bullbar was already on the vehicle when I purchased it. I obtained this information and provided it to Lizzy Sello the assistant. I was then told that they will still not pay for it as it does not prove that this bullbar was factory fitted. It is quite repulsive as I have been given the run around. I have been asked to provide proof and then I am told it is still insufficient. My calls are not returned on time. I am told different stories each time regarding this. Seriously disappointing service.
