Vehicle written off due to accident, not of our doing. Submitted claim and obtained settlement letter from Bank. End of April no payment - on asking we were informed that the original NATIS document is required from the bank. Hear nothing further - I call Everleigh to be informed the same thing - call the bank and they inform me that they will not release the original document unless the account is settled. Catch 22 situation - called Everleigh and told her this, to which her response was that she would take it up with management when they next meet! Called manager Sven, he looked into and said payment will be done within the week. Come end of may still no payment - am told it was submitted for payment - no further communication - today 4/6 call to find out why no payment only to be informed that the settlement letter has expired and that they awaiting a new settlement letter. So now we wait again - we did everything asked of us and more and this is the kind of service one gets - I would think that we technology being the way it is a simple SMS or email informing us of the progress would assist in speeding things up - Why should we keep calling call when the service is this bad.
