Credit not transferred!

My credit card has been paid up since February! My debt therapy counsellors have contacted ABSA numerous times to request that the credit be transferred back to us and that they send them the notice that all is paid up and they must no longer pay this account. As can be seen by the latest statement which I have received, ABSA has taken the credit off this card but not transferred it to myself. Not sure where this money of over R2000 is???
I have sent numerous emails but get no reply! This as far as I am concerned is outright!
