Premium Increase

I received no notification, letter, e-mail or call stating that my premiums will be increasing.

I understand that there's an annual increase, but does the cover then also increase? And how about letting me know so that I don't get a surprise when there's less money in my account than planned. Some people work on a strict budget you know!

I'm taking my business elsewhere.
