Fnb not refunding money due to me

Fnb has not paid money due to me which was paid into a dormant account. They have taken more than 3 weeks to investigate but have come to no conclusion even though all documents requested by their call centre staff was sent through.

I am utterly disgusted at their lack of response in more than 3 weeks unless I phone and waste half an hour with the call centre only to be told that investigations are still going on.
