Opening an account under 10 min... True... but they decide how much your debit orders are even if some of the debt has been paid of months ago, so you dont have much of a say.
Receiving your card within 3 working days... ha-ha-ha! what a joke.
Opening a Credit card account under 10 min... ha-ha-ha... it's been 4320 min... still waiting for a reply...
Personal assistance for Platinum account holders... WOW! just a pity that they always say"Will come back to you within 1 bussiness..."
I wish that FNB can respond to their customers as fast as they respond to Halopeter...
