Lack of service and integrity! Company that steals

My car had to go in for repairs on friday 24 May and after leaving my car in the morning I realised around lunch time that I had forgotten my ray-ban sunglasses in the roof console of my car. I then immediately phoned and spoke to Leonard at the panel beater and asked whether he can please check if my sunglasses are there and keep them safe for me. He confirmed that he would check and put it in the safe and phone me back. he did not phone. On monday I phoned again and this time Leonard confirmed they had found my glasses in my car and had placed it in the safe. On friday when I fetch my car they say now that it was not my sunglasses and that my sunglasses are gone. In phoning today I get told that because I signed that I removed all valuables they are not liable and it is my problem. Mr Price, director, then tells me that I'm in fact lying and did not really leave my glasses and it is not their problem and calls me a . they also say that I should claim unfixed issues from my warranty instead of fixing?! how can I trust them to fix outstanding issues on my car with such ethics??? Is this behavior endorsed by First for women?
