I find this awful as my debit order date was changed and should have been amended as per the agreed date on the cellphone.
This amounts to a breach in the electronic contract that was concluded, this is disgusting!
your call centre agents agree on the telephone as if they know what you're saying, where are the quality controls in your business???
I expect an apology for this as it has caused an inconvenience.
