Loan finder refund my money!! R350 debited from my account

I went through the site and I did a request about a loan, I didn't apply Its was a request.
after I entered all my details I received an sms saying they would come back to me. The details of your lender will be sent to you shortly. Regards LFSA applications 021 815 4600 Ref LF138407
A few days later I received another sms saying I didn't qualify for the loan.
on the 30 of May they debited 350 from my account, how because I didn't sign any documents with them and the was no money on my account coming from them, and when I call them on this number 0218154600, no one is willing to assist me, I want my money if that how they play people
