THAT GOODNESS I HAVE CANCELLED MY POLICY!!!

I have been with OP for a while now with continuous up's & down's! Holding for at least 20 minutes just to speak to someone? And then no one can help or no one can transfer. How does this business work?
This was now the last straw.

Firstly, they "say" they are a 24/7 service provider which is DEFINITELY NOT TRUE. I had an incident when I called 10 times after hours with no answer at all.

I had to pay the hospital & ampath bill and now OP say they cannot repay me??? Whats up with this company?

False, is the best word!!!

July please come so I don't need to be associated with a disgusting service like this.

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ONE PLAN TO ANYONE!!!
