Impossible to cancel my card

I phoned ABSA two weeks ago, and still waiting for my e-mail confirmation that my credit card has been cancelled. And still you ask my why I'm cancelling my card.

No, mail and I've been holding at the call centre for the last 20 minutes... and still haven't spoken to an agent.
