Poor Service to get my money back, BEWARE!!!

As I am writing this, I am frustrated. Had to go to the Old Mutual Branch a couple of times, because THEY DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONES. I requested that my annuity to be cancelled and that the money have to be paid to my account. Sure enough I have recieved a mail stating that my claim will be finalized within 21 days. 21 Days has come and gone. Requested that they stop my debit order, WHICH THEY HAVE NOT! No MONEY EITHER, now it seems that I have to BEG to get my money. My question, how do you invest in a company that have the lowest order of management skills according to me. Can somebody please tell me who to contact at your offices, because I have tried everything. I WANT MY MONEY!!!
