Deceptive TV advertisement

Good day,

Outsurance advertised via a TV ad that they will pay you R400 if they can't better your current vehicle insurance premium.

I've contacted them on 16 April 2013, supplied all my personal information and they couldn't better my existing premium (at another insurer). Thus, I qualified for the amount and to date I did not receive anything.

I've contacted and emailed them several times and still no payment.
