The impossible claim

I submitted my withdrawal claim to Alexander Forbes during October 2012 already. Despite NUMEROUS phone calls and e-mails to the claim call centre, this has still not been finalised.
I have submitted my ID document, marriage certificate and banking details more than once already but continue to receive requests for these documents. It appears that the fact that I got married and changed my surname is an insurmountable obstacle.
In addition, I continuously receive sms messages through which I need to rate this absolute lack of customer service.
