Hi

I heard that Leticia Jacobs can really be of great assistance here.
I or my brother (can not remember very well) filled a claim in 2011 and today got a call from SANLAM and was told that I need sick leave history from 2005 for my mother who passed away in 2010 and clinical records from about 4 individuals.

How am I suppose to get all this information really, taking into account that I am staying in Cape Town and my mother was hospitalized in Newcastle more than 2 years ago?
