PAID TWO MONTH INSURANCE WITH NO POLICY DOCS

I have paid insurance premiums for two months now but I dont even have an insurance policy document. I have for the past 4 weeks asked for my insurance schedule to no avail, this I requested more that three times. I am now frustrated because I have spent to much money on calls which on each occassion I have to wait for over 10 minutes to get to a consultant.
