Impossible to Reach

The day you can actually get through to anyone at this company will be a dream, I am staying miles away from any nearby store and cant even check a balance of what my account to date is, therefore throwing out my financial budgets completely. Do these people even send you statements at all??? I have been given numbers from multiple stores to contact to check balances and I have yet to get a single contact number that goes through to anyone at all. Really how can you not have any contact numbers for a simple balance enquiry on your contracts? F-ING USELESS.
