Useless bank

Im so tired of this bank, First they just change my account to something called an access account without asking for my permission. Try and find out about this access banking and you will find out that there is very little information in regards to it. Typical Std Bank tactics... keep their clients in the dark, eating their like mushrooms.

Last week I took time out of my work time to change my transfer limit, I had to wait in a queue forever as all branches believe in the " as few staff as possible" philosophy... and about 20min ago I get get an sms stating that my limit is going back to what it was.?

Such bad service!!
