Sold incorrect business insurance

I opened up a Dry Cleaners in Pretoria, and called Auto & General for business insurance. The cover i was interested in is for fire, assets, cash and because i run the risk of damaging garments, I asked Teresa McCarthy what other suitable cover would ensure I am protected against damaging a garment. She informs me I require Third Party insurance. I stupidly believe her, (without making other inquiries) and accept that she knows what she's doing as she is the Sales Consultant.

Some days later, my nightmare comes true and customer lays a claim against me. I call in to lay a claim, and I'm informed that the cover I should have been given is defective workmanship and not Third party.
