I am very angry and extremely disappointed in the kind of service I received from one of the employees at outsurance! I have reported this claim in MARCH not only did Tshepo show lack of interested in handling my claim as the person responsible... he failed to follow back... I mean when you are dealing with clients you are expected to check you emails frequently... I send him the documents he needed on the 30th April and today he tells m he did not receive them and in my mails it shows that the recipient received my email

Now im supposed to go around for another month with a car like that...

WHAT ME OFF EVEN more is him not taking responsibility!!! I had just left my previous insurance company please do not make me regret my decision!!!

I expect and believe that I will get a response from you OUTSURANCE
