I went onto several websites to see if I could get a loan. One of the companies was a company called Load Tracer SA. All I did was fill in their online form. There was no note there to say that I would be charged even if I don't use their service. I received an e-mail back from them with the additional forms I need to fill in, I did not fill in any of those forms.

Today is 8 days later and R399 was debited from my account!!! I did not use their service, I didn't even respond to the e-mail they sent me with the forms and yet my money was taken!

Their excuse for this is that it's in the Terms and Conditions. That is the only place where this is made a note of... nowhere else does it say your money will be even if you don't go further with the application.

This is unacceptable. If you try to contact them with this they dismiss you with a bunch of legal jargon and ignore you. I have now asked for the contact details of someone who is in charge. I've had a look on HelloPeter and there are 108 bad reports about this company. UNACCEPTABLE! After all those bad reports surely they can make one small little change to their website so that people know up front!!!
