I lost my job and so with their exorbitant bank fees et al my account was in a negative balance for a while. I agree it took me a while to contact them to sort it out, but when I finally tried I was almost near impossible to get anywhere as I was being taken from pillar to post! And now I have a new job and my salary has been paid through, but I can't use my account for! I was told that if I send in my payslip etc that once my salary goes in then it will be sorted. Now I'm being told to go to the nearest branch and sort it out. I'm trying to work so I can maintain this account when do I get the time to go to a branch on month end and stand in ridiculously long queues so that probably I will be turned back. I need to access my account today and I don't want to do it at the bank!! I have told u 'HOW U CAN HELP ME' but u don't want to. Maybe it's time to switch banks Steve!!
