FNB ATM doesn't dispense properly

On Tuesday the 28th May I tried to withdraw cash from the ATM at the petrol station on the corner of Old Farm and Solomon Maghlangu (Hans Strydom) in Pretoria but when the cash was pushed out the slot seemed to catch the bottom notes and the cash was not pushed out evenly. I had to pull on the cash to get it out and later I realised that there was R100 missing. So the next person who used the ATM got my missing R100 (Merry Christmas to them!).
I lodged an official complaint with the bank (which took a full hour at the Boardwalk branch!) but today the bank phoned to say that the full amount was dispensed so they will not pay the missing R100.
I explained that although the full amount was probably dispensed it was not dispensed properly and their ATM machine needs to be fixed.
Just thought I'd let people know that they should be carefull when they use that ATM.

Maybe FNB should spend less on endless irritating adverts and more on their ATMs and bank staff...
