Samsung tablet stoped working

I have bought a samsung galaxy tab 10.1 from fnb but it has stopped working, on the 22 of may and have so far sent 6 mails to fnb insurance admin with no one contacting me to give me the way forward on what to do now. my job has stopped because of this and I cant tamper with the device.
