Security on ATMs

Evening,

The unexpected occurred, went for cash withdrawals at FNB loan centre in an ATM that is enclosed in the centre and the bank card was hacked in the machine and all the cash was gone in my account. Went for assistance and I was told that this happens already to 5 people have been on the ATM today...

FNB up your game on ATM security... all my salary is gone I only received sms notifications of my card being used by criminals... there were 5 cases of the same on the same bank and nothing has been done to notify the customers.

Went to the police and they said they can not do any thing since the bank said they will not refund my salary.

I am sure that FNB employees are involved in this corruption... this is not acceptable and it needs to be investigated. "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" proclaims your logo... this is not the way to help customers...
