It's no bodies fault

I purchased a house financed by ABSA about 2 years ago. And in this almost 2 years between ABSA and the attorneys they have been unable to confirm who lost documents pertaining to the transaction. I am not a person that can just accept a attitude of it happens when things go wrong I need to get to the bottom of it and let the relevant person who can rectify that problem know.

Henda was non comitial about who is at fault for loosing these documents and not willing to lodge any form of investigation into the matter so ITS NO BODIES FAULT I guess applies. Refused to send me an e-mail with more info pertaining to the matter and also not willing to inform me if they instructed attorneys to take legal action against me. Instead taking the I tried to help you good bye approach and ending the call.

I still need to know what happened to these documents what is being done about not allowing this to happen again and did ABSA instruct these attorneys to take legal steps against me or is this threats from them to scare me.
