MiWay STINKS!

I had a car accident on 22 May. I submitted a claim & reported the incident at the police station. I was expecting quick turn around & a fixed car, instead I was called by a man named Mark Chissaro who advised that he would be investigating my case -I was not told why i was being investigated.
I had a 1-on-1 meeting with Mark who asked me to account for my where abouts & who I was with prior and post to the accident - they also took down my friend's details.
He asked for my telephone records & to give authorisation to Vodacom for them to track my whereabouts from 17:00 - 00:00 for an accident that occurred around 20:00 & that they would get CCTV footage of the accident area. I don't understand why they need my cell records if they've got the CCTV footage that they were threatening me with why dont they use that!!! To date no one is able to tell me why I am being investigated. Today I was told by Theuns Botha that there are no witnesses so I must hand over my cell records. I didn't realise that I could only claim if there were witnesses. I HATE MiWAY and I HATE THIS PROCESS!!! I just want my car fixed. I have referred so many friends to them - BIG MISTAKE!! I HATE MIWAY!!!
