Threatened by the call center agent

Hello Peter.

I bought a blackberry phone from Edgars 2012 and yesterday I received a call from Miss Monica informing me that the phone I was using is a phone, trying to sort out the confusion she requested for my IMEI number, since I didn't memories it she therefore implied that I the phone. While busy accusing me of the phone I asked her to call me after work as she didn't believe me that I didn't memories my IMEI number and she was distracting me from doing my job.

Any case, Miss Monica then left me a voice mail message stating that she knows where I work, therefore she will send cops to arrest me, Am not an Outsurance client but I don't appreciate being threatened by their call center agent, it not my fault that they captured the information incorrectly, I shouldn't be treated as a criminal.

I know mistakes happens but Outsurance is a well known company therefore should employ professionals.
