No answer at the legal dept 0113525369 option 3

Good afternoon

I have been phoning non-stop since 10:00 this morning and I am still waiting for the first person to pick up a phone, sometimes letting it ring for 20 min with no answer.

This is not acceptable and I need immediate response from them. I have been jumping through hoops for Wesbank and FNB and now the final hurdle seems to be the most difficult because of lack of service...
