Dear Sir/Madam

Early last year I wrote a letter to Old Mutual and asked them to surrender my RA that cost R1800 and to date nothing has happened. I approached the company in question and I was told its not reflecting on their system. I called their head office and the lady who assisted me confirmed that it won't apprear on their sytem beacuse I have canceled it but it is kept on the incompleted claims because of sars issues. I went to sars to check the challenge and there wasn't any and I asked the lady to proceed with the directive early this year but I didn't get any luck. Todate I'vent heard anything from OM and I don't know what to do.
