I received an email offer for a motor/service plan on offer from Hollard Motor Xtender.
A consultant called me at approx. 2pm regarding a quotation. He was not very compliant and never mentioned the calls being recorded or gave out his name clearly. I explained to him I recently purchased a vehicle that has this cover and asked to be called back a few days later so that I clarify this with the previous owner before any transfer/cancellation be done. He totally refused and insisted I go ahead with this immediately. After a while he became very demanding and practically yelled out he was going to call back in the next 20 minutes to do so and would accept no further. The tone and approach was dusgusting let alone the service received. I demanded a customer care number but he responded qith a nasty comment and thereafter terminating the call. Is this the way your business is coordinated. I want a full evalution of this call and for this poor excuse for an employee to be brought to book as I do not appreciate this type of service.
