Don't believe everything you see

I was informed that should I need more credit at a later stage it will be a simple credit approval process - not true. I have been struggling with the application process for a week and a half now.
On their website they state when applying online approval will be within a few hours - not true. They only approved after 4 days.
Then after provisional approval they start the delaying process and don't think you can pick up a phone to call someone. There is nothing more frustrating than the call centres, what happened to personal service/relationships?
