It's so early& I'm already disappointed in Miway

Miway undercharged me for my first premium in March, then I accidentally found out they would charge me more in May but they hadn't told me. I asked them to reverse the charges and take the money in June they told me I would pay the bank charges for the reversed extra money, it saddens me that I have to pay for their mistake
