This is my 2nd complaint about the same issue. It's been almost three weeks and even though I am about to lose everything here in the USA. Fnb sits with R3, 100, 000.00 of my money and they have blocked it, telling me that I did not immigrate even though they have the proof, I have a USA passport, I have tax clearance certificates, I have shown that every cent in my account came from the USA, only one person Tracey Dixon is trying to help me fix this, but I can sense her frustration. Every person I talk to now tells me they had the same issue and burnt their hands and will never do it again. They got their money eventually but with a huge struggle. My nerves are shot and my frustration level is unbearable I have had 5 people pass the buck on this and now all my hope with this one person Tracey... how is this even allowed. I am shocked and the average American thinks I am making it up including my own bank manger here in the states. Everyday I pray it will get done. But instead I get told of yet another reason. Help anyone.
