HORIBLE - HORIBLE -HORIBLE SERVICE

I have been banking with Nedbank all my life and i have tried to build a relationship with them and now this is what i get rewarded for. I have a credit card- yes i admit that its in Arrears that i was planning to settle, but because i have been having financial problems -that is why it has resulted in Arrears- but the way that Nedbank has treated me was that pathetic and horrible, they went into my account and forced debited my accouint and i am now left with a minus -R2041. They didnt even have the decency of notifying me to my suprise - i had R1241.00 on saturday night - and yesterday when i wanted to make a purchase -- i was schocked that i had insufficient funds.
i am hioribly disgusted of the treatment that i got from Nedbank and its enough - they have done it before and tehy are still doing it - so i am taking my account somewhere where i know that i would be valued. i want my money and i would settle your credit card eventually - but this is not the right way of treating a client.
i cannot refer you to anyone- i want all ties wth you cut. i have a savings that i have asked for a stop order of R150 A MONTH AND WHEN I CHECKED with Nedbank no one knows about it - i also w
