I spent the whole morning at Absa trying to sort out my bank account, eventually I get it sorted I go and do my shopping I use my card and it says Declined.
I then go back to Absa stand in the line for the second time, when I tell them my problem they assure me that this has been sorted.
But clearly it has not because when I go and fill my car up and once again I swipe my card it comes back declined!!!
I feel I have had very poor service from Absa on numerous occasions and will be moving my accounts over!
