Robbed with interest rate

I had applied for finance. I received an approval with a 15% interest rate. The deal was supposed to be a pvt to pvt but then 2days later it was changed to dealer. I supplied the dealership with a reference number. She confirmed wesbank had done the validation and she just needed to collect the documents. I have never received a 2nd approval. She sent me a link to an icontract on friday evening. On friday night when going through it, I found the interest rate showed 17.5%. I was unaware of this because the instalment was still the same has originally. I use the amend button but nothing happened. I read a bit further down that if the contract was not signed at a dealer, I had 7days to query anything. Due to making arrangements and impulse to pick my bike up on sat morning, I went through with it so I could get Honda umhlanga to query this for me. The consultant said she will speak to wesbank on monday. When I evntually spoke to a consultant at wesbank. She said the rate changed because I changed from pvt to dealer. Which does not make since.she said, I signed the icontract and she doesn't know anything about a 7day period to query anything so basically tough luck we won't help you.
