Blocked my account on payday

On the 24 It was pay day for me and so was it for other people that I also pay. I went to the atm and then tried to withdraw and it kept saying "acc problem", I thought it was the atm that was faulty so I tried 3 Atms and decided to go inside the bank. When I went inside I was told my acc was locked due to fica, bear in mind I have Fica'd my account "3 times" this year", apparently the who handled my account put my passport issue date "2004" as the expiry date for my passport, which made my account lock, they could not rectify it for and they told me politely that I was for the next couple of days meaning I will be broke until someone decides to fix it, Sadly that mean I can't pay my accounts that are due and other people who depend on me to pay them. I hope Absa knows that I am really off, and am looking at closing my account after this and bank with a more competant bank. I don't understand how I can be inconvinenced baecause someone up and worst part is for more than 3 days and counting. Absa you
