This lady does not deserve to be at the client service she really does not know what she is doing... I went and cancelled my RAF with old mutual in FEB 2013 even today I hv not received my money where I was told I'd going to take two weeks, then she didn even contact me to tell me what is the holding then I decide to go and visit the branch this month may 2013 then she said to me the application was declined when I asked her what is the reason she couldn tel me... I had to tell her what could be the reason that's when she saw but she was ungrateful and unhelpfull with the mistake she did and she didn even apologise then she said I should come back again with the same documents I submitted... What I'm wondering is what happened to the documents I submitted she could not answer that I told her that I have changed my resindential adress and she told me there is nothing she can do... The on the 24 may 2013 I went to old mutual cresta mall do request them to email the documents they where very helpfull and they even call uyada in kempton and was told that uyanda says she cannot accept my document I need to go to the branch... I am so disappointed I wonder how did they hire
