A request was submitted to close my credit card and requested that a closure letter be sent through to me as this is required urgently. This was done on the 21/05/2013. I was told that this process takes between 24 and 48 hours. On the 23/05/2013 (48 hours later) I phoned and asked for the letter. Did so again on the 24/05/2013 (today). The people responsible for generating the letters cannot be contacted directly. I am still waiting and as a result look like a fool to the people to whom I promised the letters, based on Nedbank's promise to me that they would be sent between 24 and 48 hours!!
