In April i went to absa for limit increase to R10, 000 she gave me some funny look and said why, i gave her my reasons but she refused and said she can omly set it up to R5, 000, we agreed but this morning i went to the atm, icould not get the money, i went to absa and fortunately i was served by her again, i told her what has happened, she took my id number then she she turned her computer screen and said WHAT IS THIS? with a very disrespectful look, i told her that i see R5, 000 then she said go to the ATM and withdraw it bit by bit, again i did not get the money, i went back inside the bank to her but she did not want to help me she continued with other people untill i got help from KATE MOLOI, Kate explained what has happened and told me with a huge passion what to do, she even helped me to skip a que to withdraw inside, WOW thanx to Kate, please whoever who is managing or coaching CHERYL needs to speak to her otherwise i am not the only person who will move to other banks for a better service where we will get respect and attention.
