I would like commend Caroline Ndlovu from claims (Primary Asset Admin Services) for the outstanding service experience she has given me, i am extremely gratified by her promptness, professionalism, great attitude and urgency she has shown in getting my windscreen claim processed-no hassles-no lengthy admin forms to submit-straight to the point statement of incident -processed before 10am -windscreen replaced 12:15pm sharp at the convenience of my own home -Still to go the extra mile with a follow-up call to ensure I'm satisfied with the workmanship before payment is made to the glass fitting company..!!!
