Late response to loans

Basicaly I made a loan wich was pre-approved in the bank..2 weeks on I'm still waiting for a reply for the loan..they had to confirm employment wich was a bit of a hickup but I gave them the neccesary information to confirm my employment they said two days ago since I gave the information for the employment that I would get a response but no such feedback was brought forward I'm very dissapoint in the service that was given..I want this sorted out asap!!!
