Paid up letter and update of information

On the 9th May after a long battle and several calls I received an email confirming the negotiated balance in writing and made payment on the 10 May I called to confirm that payment reflected. I received an email advising me that my account would be updated. I called today and my information has not been updated on their system and Transunion also indicated that they have received nothing. I cannot get hold of Petros or Louis who supposed to be handling the matter. Once again pathetic customer service.
