I had an accident on 17.03.2013. My wife contaced Miway and they assisted with a tow truck, they didn't inform her of where the vehicle was suppose to go so it was towed home. I contaced Miway on 18.03.2013 to put in my claim. I was told to pay for my own towing to their assesment centre and after assestment I must pay all the cost involved - storage and towing included if my claim is not approved. On 20.03.2013 I was contacted by a callcentre agent and informed that my car was assesed and my vehicle will be wriiten off and someone will come and see me on 25.03.2013 to discuss what next. I need to make sure i fetch my car & before I could ask questions the call got dropped.
I WASN'T EXPLAINED PROPERLY, I AM UNCERTAIN WHAT HAPPENS NEXT AND I'M NOT EVEN SURE IF THEY WILL COVER THE STORAGE OR THE TOWING SERVICE. I HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG FOR SOMEONE TO SEE ME AND I HAVE TO STRUGGLE IN THE MEANTIME.THE SERVICE IS NOT EFFICIENT & FRIENDLY AS PROMISED..I AM SO CONFUSED AND IN THE DARK AS I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. I AM VERY DISAPOINTED IN MIWAY STAFF FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDED. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THE OTHER VEHICLE WILL BE PAYED OUT.VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT
