Bad attitude and waiting period

I went to the branch to activate internet banking, the reception (Justine) was unfriendly and with an attitude.had to wait for sometime to be helped whilst Justine is going in and out of the backroom/kitchen eating chips whilst people standing to be given the tickets. Thats was totally unprofessional...
